The hideaway French "recte" is located in the place which just off the slope from Daikanyama station to the Ebisu side. This restaurant which was operating as "Au gout du jour Nouvelle Ere" at the Shinmaru Building, Tokyo, relocated to chef and staff and moved to Daikanyama, and renewed opening in April 2017.
Chef Naohisa Sasaki ,who is previously from "Au gout du jour Nouvelle Ere", is now leading this "recte". Beginning from Ginza "Le jardin des saveurs", then he studied about nine years at a national restaurant such as Paris "Au bon accueil" and so on. And he also served as a chef for "Le jeu de l'assiette", a restaurant which had been operating in the same place before. In other words, this time, he came back to the same place as a chef. The name "recte" has the meaning of "as it is" in Latin. As its name suggests, Chef Naohisa makes good use of the ingredients to expresses that "without bending the taste of essence of the material" as a concept. Seasonal ingredients are carefully selected from the whole country into this modern French.
The dining that appears, as soon as you open the door, is very simple and chic, with gentle lighting directing this adults' hideout. Wooden beams here used on the ceiling is the favorite of the Chef Naohisa. The complete private room at the back is a perfect suggestion for entertainment, dinner and anniversary date. English service and English menu are available, also a good choice for over sea gusets. Come and visit us when you want to spend time dining with someone.
