Edo-mae Sushi which expands the possibilities of tuna, also with mariage of Aomori produced local Sake

A new-opened Sushi restaurant among intense competition of Edo-mae Sushi. This is "Sushi Tatunari", leaded by a Chef who accumulated his experience in Akasaka’s "Sushi Kisen", Hotel New Otani’s "Tsukiji Suzutomi", and so on. This Sushi restaurant also open on Saturdays and Sundays, which is not usual in Ginza area.

The Chef coming from Aomori prefecture, entered the world of Sushi when he was only 18 years old. After studied for years in Tokyo, he independent in February 2017. Using the seasonal ingredients purchased from Tsukiji, with the idea that "Put out the taste firmly without vanishing the original of the material itself", here they offer only "Recommend Sushi and Snacks Combination Courses" for both day and night. First Japanese cuisines such as Sashimi, Grilled Fish, Steamed Dish, Simmered Dish would be served, followed by Sushi that used two kinds of vinegared rice properly, about 14, will be provided. This restaurant especially focusing on tuna, and with special skills to expand the possibility of tuna by changing the time of setting down according to its freshness, and using special red vinegar prepared only for tuna. The wine that aligned here are those can be enjoyed according to different seasons. Also, the local wine "Akimaki" of Aomori / Mito, which is the hometown of Chef here, is quite precious since it is not readily available in Tokyo. It is purchased directly from the brewery. That’s something you must try here.

When entering the shop from the sliding door of the “Kumikoranma” (Japanese decoration door), the counter made by “Hinoki Wood” was prepared warmly welcomes you there. A good choice for sushi dates, counter meal, entertainment and dining.
