A French restaurant ""Restaurant REIMS YANAGIDATE"", which is close to Omotesando station, nestling in Aoyama’s corner. It is a long-established single house restaurant, established by Chef Yanagidate Isao, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2017.
Chef Yanagidate started his cooking life from ""Aoyama Poireau"", and then studied at various world gourmet guide awarded French restaurants. After returning to Japan, he became the chef at Poireau, and in 1997 he opened ""Restaurant REIMS YANAGIDATE"". ""REIMS"" is a village in the center of the Champagne region in France, and is said to be memorable in of one of the restaurants Yanagidate chef has been studied there, so he put it in his restaurant’s names. With the idea that ""wish there would be guests come and taste my story"", the base of cooking is traditional and classic, but delivering unique creations, that changed the way of expression to the world, cuisine can be evolved in the same way of Kabuki. Recently, not only simple white dishes, but also black dishes and “Arita yaki” ware are using, the range of expression is further expanded. There is a cave inside this restaurant, and many kinds of champagne selection would be on your choice.
In its elegant dining room, there is a complete private room of up to 24 people. A good suggestion for entertainment, dinner, also time to spend with important people, such as dates or anniversaries and so on.
