Having the premium beef in your mouth while sitting in a luxurious space with a panorama of the city, the high-end steak house "ALEXANDER'S STEAKHOUSE" is located on the 42nd floor in Shiodome City Center Building. "Alexander's steakhouse" was opened in Cupertino, California in 2005.
They have recieved the famous American version gourment for three consecutive years since 2011. They not only use the highest grade beef from "Greater Omaha" that is highly rated in and outside of the United States, but also the very rare A5 wagyu and carefully grilled it on charcoal. The biggest characteristic is that they have the biggest beef-aging chamber in Japan. They have a selection of 28 days, 55 days and 75 days aged beef.
The excutive chef is Chef James Brown Smith.He studied in "The Culinary Institute of American" before the gained his experiences in restaurants all over the world, including the famous "Canlis" in Seattle. In 2011, he started working in the "ALEXANDER'S STEAKHOUSE" in San Francisco. After several years of working and with his talent in culinary, he was assigned to be the excutive chef in 2015. He added some Japanese taste into the steak sauce while still keeping the important classic American steakhouse sauce elements, which is very popular among international guests.
There is a bar counter in the restaurant with a great variety of choices, five private rooms with urban Tokyo themes. Located in the business center, "ALEXANDER'S STEAKHOUSE" is the perfect choice for business meeting. The amazing night view is also recommended for any kind of dinner purpose.
