Since the opening of "DAL-MATTO Nishi-Azabu Main Branch", the first branch of this chain located at the residential area few minutes from the Nishi-azabu transection, also about 9-minute's walk from Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Roppongi Station (Exit 2), became famous just a instant because of its excellent cost‐performance. Currently it is known as "Impossible to be reserved".
Owner chef Mr. Hirai had worked in "LA BETTOLA da OCHIAI" run by Chef Tsutomu Ochiai, also "Crattini" in Ginza, experience gained through years of work. The secret of attractive customers is to simply elevate the flavors of ingredients, says Mr. Hirai. The specialty "Cold pasta" is a combination of superfine pasta "Capellini" and fruit, with a unique honey-like sweet and sourness showing a new world of pasta cuisine.
With 3 types of seating: counter, table and private room, and kids' menu also vegetarian menu are available (advance request during reservation). Opening till midnight makes "DAL-MATTO Nishi-Azabu" a perfect restaurant for adults to enjoy genuine Italian. Reservation for dating or dining with friends are preferred.
