Sangoan, a restaurant located in Shirokane, Tokyo, had once awarded world gourmet guide award for 4 consecutive years. The owner had worked at the famous soba restaurant ""Take-yabu"" that makes Sangoan becomes a popular place serving soba in Tokyo where even attracting celebrities.
The ""Chef's selection course"" with a total of 10 dishes offer you a full experience of Sangoan's cuisine, including the tempura with the use of seasonal fuki and Asparagus. Crispy tempura coating with the crunchy vegetable inside is a wonderful dish you cannot miss. Also the soba noodle as finishing noodle is a gem, thin noodle spreading characteristic soba aroma and smooth texture are excellent. Sake from Niigata Prefecture are handpicked, only those having full body and concentrated flavour are served.
Exterior with a white-wooden door and Noren (Curtain) with light red in colour, pairing with clean and bright interior. Gathering with your special one or dining of foreign guests are recommended.
