Le Beaucoup is a French restaurant located in Yoyogi Uehara along the shopping street not far from the station, where various popular restaurants can be found. It is a popular restaurant where customers can enjoy authentic French cuisine at a reasonable price. It was created with the concept of feeling "at home".
Chef Takehisa Sato, after working for Le Manoir D’HASTINGS in Ginza, Cave des Vignes in Higashi-Ginza and Chemins in Akasaka, joined Maison de Cerisier in Daikanyama. In January 2014 he decided to open his own restaurant.
Le Beaucoup's courses are characterized by a flexible prefix style that has been declining in current French restaurants. For example, if you have a course that allows you to choose 3 dishes like an appetizer, main and dessert, at Le Beaucoup you can choose 3 appetizers instead of main and dessert. Customers can eat whatever they want to eat.
The menu changes every 1.5 months to 2 months. The tartare and mousse dish made with seasonal seafoods and fruits are very popular. Every year from December to February, they stock high-quality carrots from contracted farms. This allows Chef Sato to serve Carrot Mousse which was the specialty of his teacher, Chef Yasuo Igarashi, who he worked with at Le Manoir D'HASTINGS.
The cozy interior features an open kitchen counter, seats 7 people and 16 table seats. Because the distance between the counter and the tables are considerable wide, it is a comfortable place to eat for individuals and can also be used for family meals, couples, girl get togethers etc.
The friendly Madame’s customer service is one of the many appeals of this restaurant. Le Beaucoup is highly recommended for people who are looking to casually enjoy French cuisine.
