""TTOAHISU"" only offers the chef’s selected course, under the theme 'Japanese culture x French cuisine'. Serving dishes such as ""Vichyssoise"" made with almond and dried mullet roe. Its specialty, the double consommé made with whole chicken, pork bones, and a dried flying dish is available all year round. The line up of alcohol includes Japanese sake and shochu, as well as wine. Even guests from overseas can enjoy the unique pairing of Japanese alcohol with French cuisine. Upon entering the restaurant, the first thing that catches the eye is the artistically rendered Japanese paper.
