A sharp Italian, with full of Japanese essence and creativity

There is an Italian restaurant, along the Keio Line in Tokyo, while it is rooted in this place, also the customer service from distant is coming. "Don Bravo", opened by Chef Masakazu Taira, who has practiced in a restaurant with Michelin stars in both Tokyo and Italy.

Chef Masakazu gained his experiences in Hiroo "ACCA", followed by two-star Italian "la Tenda Rossa", "SADLER", "Duomo", and so on. After returning to Japan, he became the predecessor of one-star 「TACUBO」. After experiencing Hiroo "Ristrantino Barca" (later changed into "Aria di Tacubo"), he also experienced serving as a chef at Pizzeria "Boccondivino" in Mishuku. Dishes that use Japanese materials abundantly, incorporate the "Japanese food culture", are delicate and avant-garde flat current Italian. It is authentic Italian cuisine plus Japanese essence. Although it is a ristorante, it offers a pizza baked in a full-scale pizza kettle. "Pizza opens the door of the restaurant, customers who first visited for Pizza, will be able to accept dishes other than pizza if you feel the different in taste". Recognizing the positioning of pizza, Chef Masakazu says like that. Wine is central in natural, and closely sticks to his dishes.

For lunch, or dinner, please enjoy the world of "Don Bravo" at the Chef's Recommend Course. A casual and cute interior makes it a good choice for dates and girls' associations. Children's menu can be prepared, such as pizza and tomato base pasta, so please contact us in advance.
