Located in Kagurazaka, "Teppanyaki Iwakura" mainly serving Teppanyaki and Japanese cuisine. Among the world-wide cooking skill "Grilling", this restaurant is specially with the concept to promote Japanese representation cooking style "Teppanyaki", and offering you the best cuisine that not able to be cooked at home.
Being influenced by his father, who is running a restaurant also, Chef Takashi Morito found himself interested in Japanese cuisine. He started his around 10-years training in Michelin started restaurants. "Today's Selection Course" uses seasonal ingredients, develops a great variety of dishes including "3 appetizers, Sashimi, soup, fried dish, teppanyaki of seafood, teppanyaki of meat, and seasonal garlic rice". The main character, meat, always purchased directly from Shibaura's meat market. Only A5 ranked shoulder meat with highest quality are included here, such as Sendai beef, Maezawa beef, Yonezawa beef, Saga beef and so on. Various flavoring items, such as wasabi, salt, “Tosa” soy sauce, and grated radish with vinegar, can let you eat in fresh feeling even at the end of the course. "Sweet rice cake" in dessert is also excellent. Alcohol are carefully selected, to match Japanese cuisines and meat. Over 50 kinds of wine, mainly produced in France, are available always, as well as more than 20 kinds of sake.
Inside, there are a counter seats where you can enjoy the live feeling, watching changing of ingredients by the craftsman. Table seats are also available, where a modern and chic space is waiting for you. You can also choose Semi-private room (up to 10 people), separated by partitions. In addition to entertainment and dinner, here can be used widely according to situations, such as anniversary date or family use (children's menu is also available, please let us know at the time of reservation).
