World famous Japanese restaurant “RyuGin”, located in Roppongi, Tokyo. It is leaded by Owner Chef Seiji Yamamoto, “RyuGin” achieved Michelin 3-stars continuedly, and highly ranked in “Asia's 50 Best Restaurants” and “The World's 50 Best Restaurants”. Based on the idea “Displacing the enrichment of Japan through Japanese cuisine, showing the spirt of ‘WA’, design a space that people can feel the love of each other through enjoying foods”, Chef Seiji Yamamoto opened this restaurant in December 23rd, the “Day of Japan”.
