An open counter tempura restaurant where you can enjoy the best ingredients arranged

.“Kitashinichi Tempura Bonji” is the tempura version of “Kushikatsu Bon”, which serves various kinds of tempura, unlike classic tempura restaurant. You can enjoy an unimaginable combination of tempura. The restaurant uses different kinds of oil depending on the ingredients, different for meat and for fish. For example, "black Japanese beef fillet chateaubriand", which is served at “Kushikatsu Bon”, and fresh seafood which is served at high-class sushi restaurants, are used for tempura. In addition, toppings such as roasted brand duck "Kawachi Kamo" on top of the fried fruit, will impress the gourmets. The specialty is a luxurious dish topped with tuna purchased directly from Toyosu’s “Yamayuki”, a leading tuna wholesaler.

There are 5 types of champagne carefully selected by the sommelier, 10 types of red wine and 5 types of white wine. The sake is purchased from the sake shop “Sakasho Yamada” in the sake-producing area of Hiroshima, and served in small bottles to emphasize freshness. It is popular because you can enjoy a variety of sake in small portions. There is a kitchen in front of the L-shaped counter with 10 seats and a window behind it. The restaurant has an open atmosphere which is rare in the downtown Kitashinchi. Arita-ware from Saga Prefecture accounts for 90% of the total dinnerware.

“Kitashinichi Tempura Bonji”, where you can enjoy tempura prepared with the best ingredients, is recommended for dining with family, friends or colleagues. You can relax and enjoy the night view from the counter. Also, overseas guests will be able to experience "Japanese tempura" as Japanese culture.

Once again, the food was delicious. With seasonal ingredients as well as the standard delicacies, waiting to see what will be served next is another enjoyment. Because of its location, the large wooden counter and the view from the window give the restaurant an upscale feel, but the cheerful and casually attentive service of the proprietress and the chef's serious work, typical Japanese style. The restaurant is a cozy and comfortable place where you can relax at ease.
